Submission and Publication Process

To submit and publish your manuscript in the Zhedar Journal — the official social science journal of the Kurdistan Institution for Strategic Studies and Scientific Research (KISSR) — authors are requested to follow the procedures and requirements outlined below.

Submission Procedure

1. Manuscript Preparation

Authors must ensure that their manuscript fully complies with the journal’s formatting, referencing, and ethical standards. Detailed instructions are provided in the Author Guidelines, which should be reviewed carefully prior to submission.

2. Register an Account

Authors are required to create a personal account in the Zhedar online submission system. Registration provides access to the submission portal and enables authors to monitor the status and progress of their manuscripts throughout the review process.

3. Institutional Email Requirement

As JKSS publishes manuscripts exclusively from the academic community, all submitting authors must provide an official university or research institute email address during registration and submission.

All files should be clearly labeled and prepared according to the Author Guidelines.

7. Submission Confirmation and Tracking

Upon successful submission, authors will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the manuscript. The progress of the submission can be monitored at any time through the Zhedar online submission system.
